I called a few places and no one offered someone to come same day. I finally called caribou and they sent someone same day! The lady on the phone was so sweet and kind. Great customer service. Itzcoatl Came to see what was wrong with my house fan. Gave me one option to fix the timer but advised me that soon I should probably replace as it was leaking oil. I already figured I’d be replacing so I opted to replace. They came 2 days later and installed a new house fan. Total upgrade from my previous fan. I love that you get automated texts when they are on the way and even a picture of the technician. Mikhal, Anthony and Itzcoatl installed my fan. They were all super respectful and courteous. They left no mess. They also made sure I didn’t have any questions or concerns. Also made me feel like they are available for any support if I needed it in the future in regards to the fan.
